fMRI code

As I’ve wrapped up my fMRI research I’ve compiled some of my functions that I thought would be worth sharing.

First, I have MATLAB code that checks the shim values on the Siemen 3T skyra dicoms

Second, I have a MATLAB function that uses the roi creation package marsbar to dynamically make rois that don’t involve using the gui. You will still need to have a working marsbar package to use it.
